Asheville City Council announces September meetings

Edited at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 30 to reflect updated information about the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority interviews.

City Council will be holding an affordable housing workshop on Friday, Sept. 6, from 8:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the Banquet Hall of the U.S. Cellular Center, 87 Haywood Street, Asheville, N.C.

The next formal meeting of the Asheville City Council will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor of City Hall.

The City Council pre-arranged interviews for a seat on the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority will be held on Sept. 24 at 4:20 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor of City Hall.
