Smart Stop, iHeart Radio-Asheville and Paramount KIA will team up with Asheville Outlets to welcome Santa and host the official Tree Lighting on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 5:00 p.m.

The Enka Fire Department will lead Santa’s parade around the center rolling to holiday tunes by the Enka High School Band and will officially light the 24-foot tree located in front of Forever 21. Music, crafts, balloon art and strolling magic will add to the evening’s festivities. Immediately following the tree lighting, Santa will be available through Christmas Eve for free photos. The Santa Photo Set is sponsored by The North Carolina Arboretum Winter Lights and is located in the Asheville Outlets food court.

From Nov. 17 through Dec. 24, every family who visits with Santa at Asheville Outlets will receive two free 4”x6” Santa Photo Prints and a digital download of a single image.  Additional photos and Christmas merchandise are available for purchase. Santa’s Photo Hours are: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and Sundays, 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Located at the Food Court. One giveaway per family per Christmas season. Some restrictions may apply, valid only through Dec. 24, 2018.

Asheville Outlets visitors are also invited to visit Santa with their treasured pet on Thursdays, Nov. 29, Dec. 6, Dec. 13 and Dec. 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and receive two free photos and a digital download. (Dog and cats only please; pets must be restrained by owners on a leash or in a carrier. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and only allowed in designated Santa photo area.) Located at the Food Court. Asheville Outlets photo booth visitors, if interested, can make a $5 donation to Brother Wolf Animal Rescue.
