The Asheville Police Department Headquarters lobby (100 Court Plaza) is now open to the public.The lobby was temporarily closed on May 1st due to the number of vacancies of police information desk staff. We have been able to re-open due to those desk staff vacancies being filled by two, Pre-Basic Law Enforcement cadets and a part time retired officer.Headquarter lobby hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm, excluding City holidays. Citizens still have the option to call (828) 259-5870 to make reports for non-emergencies during the above business hours, or utilize the online reporting system to report non-emergency incidents at: https://ashevillepdpolicetocitizen.com/ReportIncidentIf you have an emergency or a crime is in progress, please 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝟗-𝟏-𝟏.
