How much embarressment/costs can a City stand?

    Human Resources scandal.
    “I must licky you” scandal.
Police evidence room scandal (Police Chief answers to City Manager).
Protracted Pack Square delays and overage costs.
Unanswered questions regarding management of the Human Relations Council.
$1500 per meeting paid to City Appointed ABC Board Members, yet that well paid Board did not see any problems swirling around the management…a 115 page audit/report showed plenty was wrong.

This is just a few off the top of my head, that we know about…I’m sure there is plenty more that has been swept nder a big rug somewhere in the bowels of City Hall.
