Awesome week of comedy in Asheville starts Tuesday

“An awesome week of comedy in Asheville, starting tonight at LAB with comedian Rory Scovel who is on his ‘Embrace the Fall Tour,'” writes Tom Scheve of Disclaimer Comedy. “Scovel’s last show at LAB was packed wall to wall, and bananas with a capital B-anana. He is an amazing stand-up comedian who is a master improviser; this show promises to be completely different than his last one in Asheville.” He will be joined by Asheville comedians Cody Hughes, Minori Hinds and Fay Canale. Tuesday, Oct. 16. 9 p.m., doors at 8:30 p.m., $10. Info/tickets http://roryscovelatlab.eventbrite.com.
