1. ZPH2021-00025 Windy Wood Bike Park CUP: Hartwell Carson, on behalf of Brooks Family Trust, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County, Sec. 78-641(a), 78-644(e), and 678(b)(6), to establish a Planned Unit Development (Level 1), a Vacation Rental Complex for 15 rental units, and recreation facilities for a campground on tax lot PIN 9760-47-0169 (Unaddressed parcel on Shope Road). This item was continued from the June 9, 2021 meeting. Planner coordinating the review: Shannon Capezzali
