Brevard College Music Department Presents Faculty Showcase Sept. 28

Members of the music faculty at Brevard College will present a recital at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 28 in the College’s Porter Center for Performing Arts.

The Faculty Showcase is free and open to the public.

The program will include music by Benjamin Britten, George Gershwin, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Eric Ewazen, and BC faculty composers Robert Palmer and Jason DeCristofaro.

Performing will be trumpeter Larry Black, bassoonist Rosalind Buda, percussionists Laura Franklin and Jason DeCristofaro, singers David and Kathryn Gresham, clarinetist Brian Hermanson, guitarist Lou Mowad, pianist Katherine Palmer, and trombonist Jamie Warren.
