Buncombe county deed transfers of note 7/06- 7/22/15

You may have noticed that Mountain Xpress made no property transfer posting last Sunday. Buncombe County had issues with the update of data being made available to the public on the web, and were unable to fix it until this week. So, the amount of data that has suddenly become available is rather large.

Although most of it is residential (the largest sale is a Downtown Asheville condo space) the Jewish Community Center did finish up their acquisitions of the area reported in a previous installment of “Buncombe County deed transfers of note.” According to Lael Gray, director of the JCC, the purchases were of land that the organization has leased for the past 6 years and finally had the chance to buy. Two early childhood classrooms are located there, and they utilize the property for outdoor recreation space for school age programs: JCC Kids After School and Camp Ruach summer day camp.

If you have any trouble viewing the information, simply visit the spread sheet of Buncombe county deed transfers where you can sort and change views.

The Buncombe county tax office can provide original and additional data.
