Buncombe County Schools Foundation is pleased to announce two important events that will take place in conjunction with Buncombe County Schools. We ask that you join us for two celebrations revolving around Learning and Literacy!

First, Enka High School will hold a Barn Dedication on Wednesday, June 16th, with lunch and a barn naming program which begins at 1 p.m. Please see the flyer for more information.

Then on June 21st at 10:00 am, the Foundation will hold a Parade of Progress at Valley Springs Middle School. Join us for a parade featuring a marching band, cheerleaders, our BCS Teachers of the Year, Principal of the Year, Ready Rosie, Dolly’s Imagination Library Representative, and the unveiling of our new Bookmobile.

Both of the flyers for these events are included in this email. They both bring great learning opportunities and engagement from students, educators, and our community!  We ask that you place these on your calendars and join us for these two exciting events.
