Calling all muralists, United Way issues RFP

From United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County:

As United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County nears the conclusion of their Centennial year, the organization announced that they are seeking proposals from local muralists interested in gathering community input to design a mural for a large section of their building at 50 S. French Broad Avenue.

The mural theme, “A resilient community where everyone belongs and everyone thrives.”  is a public-facing testimony to the organization’s vision and how they intend to show up today, and in the Next 100 years and beyond.

Details about the project as well as RFP instructions can be found in both English and Spanish at unitedwayabc.org/news/calling-all-artists. The deadline for proposals is March 23, 2022.
