CarePartners offers Mindful Living educational series, starts April 10

CarePartners Health Services presents a free health and wellness educational series, open to the public, beginning April 10. Classes start at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays for eight weeks. Come to one class or all. Topics range from balance/fall prevention classes and free screenings, to nutrition and Tai Chi, to the ethics of hospice and healthcare reform. Reservations required, space is limited and free lunch provided.
