CarePartners receives ACHC accreditation

From the press release from CarePartners:

CarePartners Health Services, which recently received the Governor’s Award of Performance Excellence in Healthcare, has received a three-year Certificate of Accreditation from the Accreditation Commission For Health Care for its Home Health and Hospice Services. ACHC is one of the Medicare deeming authorities for home health and hospice.

CarePartners went through a rigorous evaluation process by the ACHC to determine that it was an organization which was optimizing patient care through standards that promote the effective, efficient delivery of quality services.

“Through hard work and dedication to quality care, our staff in both home health and hospice helped us achieve this successful accreditation. We will use the ACHC criteria to identify opportunities for improving our operations, and most importantly, we will continue to focus on results that will help CarePartners be recognized as a world-class organization,” said President and CEO Tracy Buchanan.

ACHC accreditation is regarded as one of the key benchmarks for measuring the quality of a Home Health and/or Hospice organization.
