Carolina Resource Center for Eating Disorders kicks off virtual fundraising campaign

Announcement from Carolina Resource Center for Eating Disorders:

Carolina Resource Center for Eating Disorders (CRC for ED), in partnership with Education and Insight on Eating Disorders (EDIN), have joined together for a ‘Zero K’ virtual campaign.  In an effort to build awareness and raise funds, the nonprofits have developed this on-line event to encourage participation virtually by individual donation and sharing the information on social media.

The campaign kicks-off Monday, May 11th, and closes on ‘Zero K Day’ (June 8th). There is no event registration fee like typical walk/run events, allowing participants flexibility to contribute as much as they’d like.  Individuals may choose to make a larger impact by recruiting friends, family, co-workers, clients, etc. and everyone can participate by helping the effort go viral through their social media platforms.

Donors will receive a gift and there are fantastic prizes donated by generous community businesses to award the highest fundraisers for each team.
