Comedian Dave Stone performs at The Southern, Dec. 30

Press release from Disclaimer Comedy:

Need something to laugh about before the start of 2017? Disclaimer Comedy has you covered with a special show Friday, Dec. 30 at The Southern Kitchen and Bar with headliner Dave Stone as he stops in Asheville as part of his “Holly Jolly” tour.

A native of Atlanta currently living in Los Angeles, Stone gained a national audience from his time on the “Beards of Comedy” tour, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, as a guest voice on Adult Swim’s animated show Squidbillies, and his set on Season 8 of Last Comic Standing.

Following those high-profile gigs, Stone released the comedy album Hogwash where he further delighted fans of his down-home delivery and self-deprecating style with his unique take on what sex is like when you are not in the best of shape as well as his thoughts on the mystery of the North American Sasquatch.

Also scheduled to appear on this special pre-New Year’s Eve show will be regional comedians Macon Clark, Josh Merrell, Hilliary Begley and host Blaine Perry.

Tickets to this show are going fast, but can be purchased in advance online for $8 at www.eventbrite.com/e/diclaimer-comedy-presents-comedian-dave-stone-at-the-southern-tickets-29876882560 or for $10 at the door the day of the show.
The Southern Kitchen and Bar serves modern American cuisine with a distinctive Southern flair from noon to 2 a.m. and features signature cocktails, reasonably priced wines and local draft beers at their historic establishment on North Lexington Avenue.
