Press release from Comporium:

Starting this Saturday, Brevard High School football fans can now catch the excitement of all the home games from the comfort of home. Whether they’re watching the game for the first time or re-watching it the day after, Comporium, WSQL and Brevard High School have partnered to air all the school’s home football games the Saturday after the game.

The partnership between the school, Comporium and WSQL will allow residents of Transylvania County to enjoy the games live on Friday night in person or via radio on channel 102.1. Likewise, fans can watch the game on Saturday night on Comporium channel 102.

“We’re excited to be able to offer this to our customers as an innovative way to give back to the community,” stated Comporium’s General Manager and City Executive for Brevard, Frank Porter. “It’s also a great example of how local groups can come together and create new ways for families and friend to interact within their community. It can even provide a chance for friends and families of players to experience the game with the player in a whole new way.”
