The minimum wage hasn’t gone up in almost 12 years and North Carolina workers can’t wait anymore. North Carolina’s economy can’t wait anymore. The fight to raise the minimum wage is one that we can win with people power. To find out how you can get involved to raise the minimum wage in North Carolina and find inspiration from people powered movements, join the Raising Wages NC Coalition for a virtual film screening and discussion of We Cried Power on Thursday May 13th at 7pm ET!
This film screening is free and will be followed by an interactive discussion about wages and bringing about change.
