Hendersonville reschedules Treat Street Carnival to Nov. 1

Press release from the City of Hendersonville:

Downtown Hendersonville, Henderson County Parks and Recreation Department and Hola Community Arts have been forced to reschedule Treat Street Carnival to Friday, Nov. 1, due to impending weather conditions on Thursday, Oct. 31. The activity schedule for the event will remain as originally planned aside from the date change.

Remember that Trick or Treating takes place along Main Street from Allen to 6th Avenue, while the costume contest and Monster Mash are located in the 100 block in front of the courthouse, between 1st and 2nd Avenues along Main Street. Inflatables will be located in the 200 and 300 block, while the movie screen is being set-up in the 300 block near the French Broad Restaurant. Hola Community Arts will be in the 100 south block between Allen and 1st Avenue. Official Trick or Treating begins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 1st, 2019.
