Park Ridge Health Foundation Names Director
Hendersonville, N.C. (May 9, 2013) – Park Ridge Health is pleased to announce the selection of Sherri Holbert as Director of the Park Ridge Health Foundation. Since September 2012, Holbert has served as Development Officer at Park Ridge Health, responsible for coordinating annual giving, major gift initiatives and planning and implementing special events such as the Frostbite 5K, 10K and 1-Mile Fun Run, and the Esperienza! Gala in support of the Foundation.

“Since joining the Park Ridge Health team last year, Sherri has brought energy and innovation to our Foundation efforts, and I’m confident she will continue to support our organization and the patients we serve through her unique vision and leadership,” said Jimm Bunch, President & CEO of Park Ridge Health.

Holbert has more than 20 years of professional experience in Western North Carolina. Her diverse career background includes experience in marketing, fundraising, sales, business coaching, public speaking and consulting. Prior to coming onboard at Park Ridge Health, Holbert served as Co-owner and CFO of Heart Power, where she facilitated workshops to help businesses improve customer service, business outcomes, employee engagement and talent management.

Holbert, a native of Hendersonville, received her B.S. in Parks & Recreation with a specialization in Hotel/Resort Management at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, N.C., and holds a diploma from the American Hotel & Motel Association with an emphasis in Marketing & Sales Management. In addition, she holds a Professional Life Coaching Certification from the American Association of Christian Counselors.
