During October, Lex 18 has a number of spooky events planned, including an immersive seance experience. The evenings — Saturday, and Sunday, Oct. 10 and 11 — include a cocktail reception, historic dress, a seating and seance and reception.

Whispers in the Night: An Immersive Seance Experience Oct 10 and Oct 11
THE IMMERSION
Inside the sumptuously decorated and purely candlelit room guests will experience a gothic seance framed by historical personages and loved ones who have gone before us. With the guidance of internationally renowned magician and medium Ariann Black and her assistant Madame Salma, guests will experience other worldliness and an eerie consciousness of whispers, apparitions and the unexplainable.In Spiritualism, the ‘gifted’ individual not only becomes subject to a ‘spirit control’, but the spirit control might then itself mediate the ghosts of yet more people until a seance can become quite crowded.
This is an immersive experience that recalls the past into the presence and it is pure entertainment not found elsewhere. To end the evening pianist extraordinaire Michael Anderson will perform Gothic stream-of-consciousness honkey tonk piano while guest settle and connect with one another over the evening’s experience and have an opportunity to meet and greet the international Magician Ariann Black
There are two seat types are available; VIP seating at the seance table and seating along side on church benches viewing the seance table. While the direct experiences will be different all guests will find themselves in the embrace of Whispers in the Night.
STYLE AND DRESS
This is a uniquely designed experience with historical relevance and entertainment. To enhance the experience and to convey an authentic atmosphere we ask our guests to dress more formally than usual AND, OR, as much as possible in the style of the 1920′ and 1930’s.EXPERIENCE TIMELINE
