Local entrepreneur Emma Churchman to speak at SBA Week lunch

Press release from Western Women Business Center:

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The Western Women’s Business Center (WWBC) will host a Small Business Week luncheon featuring Emma Churchman, Asheville-renowned speaker and business coach, on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Goodwill Career Center.

National Small Business Week, between May 1 and 5, recognizes the important contributions of small business owners. In Asheville, the WWBC honors entrepreneurs and small businesses at a free luncheon event presenting “The Art of Faith in Business” seminar by Emma Churchman, an Asheville-based business coach and mentor.

The seminar “The Art of Faith in Business” will unpack the art of faith of business. Entrepreneurs and small business owners attending will learn the following:

  • How to be a conscious creator in your own business
  • What you are resisting and what to do about it
  • How making money can be easy
  • The hidden secret for success in business

“I am thrilled to be able to speak with entrepreneurs in Western North Carolina about the importance of faith in business,” Emma Churchman, business coach. “So many entrepreneurs focus on the logistics of running a business: client fulfillment, marketing, lead generation, sales closing rates, but fail to focus on what matters most in their business – themselves. In this keynote I will dive into what it really takes to be a successful entrepreneur: beginning with your mindset, and your relationship to the spiritual principles that can make or break your business.”

Emma M. Churchman is a business coach with a seminary degree and mad-genius psychic skills, who grew her business offline to multi-six figures within a year. She mentors conscious entrepreneurs who understand that success in business is 10 percent execution and logistics and 90 percent managing themselves, their energy, beliefs, choices and ability, or inability to take action.

Once a year the SBA recognizes small businesses across the country for their work and efforts in building our entrepreneurial communities,” said Sharon Oxendine, WWBC Director. “The WWBC is proud to have Emma Churchman speak with women entrepreneurs and recognize some of their needs and questions. Emma has the background and experience to address their business concerns. Emma is successful in her own business and has the ability to provide business development services to the new and existing women entrepreneurs.”
