Mayor Bellamy invites public to portrait hanging to mark end of her time in office

From the city of Asheville:

Mayor Terry Bellamy would like to invite the public to the unveiling of her portrait being hung on the Mayor’s Wall on the 2nd Floor of City Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2013, honoring her 14 years in City government. Prior to the hanging of the portrait, Mayor Bellamy will make a statement in the Council Chamber. Following the portrait hanging, a reception will be held at the YMI Cultural Center at 5:30 p.m.
