MG Road collaborates with Fair Game Beverage Co. for winter-themed dinner

PRESS RELEASE from MG Road:

THE FAIR GAME LODGE: A Wintry Après-Ski Style Dinner at MG Road

Presented by: Fair Game Beverage Co. and Asheville Wine & Food Festival

Thursday, February 11th 6pm – 9pm

We’re happy to announce MG Road’s next creative venture in collaboration with Fair Game Beverage Company. We welcome you to round out a fine day on the snowy slopes of Asheville with a hearty winter meal at MG Road’s “Fair Game Lodge”. Bring your finest furs (faux or not), dust off your ski boots and toboggan, prepare a hearty appetite and enter the cozy confines of our lodge.

Chef James Grogan of Chai Pani will be showing off his winter chops in cooking a 4-course warming hunter’s dinner (think rabbit and other fine game) paired with cocktails crafted by Erin Hawley and the MG Road team from Fair Game’s high quality line of fortified wines & spirits. The night will kick off with the lodge doors opening at 6pm with a cocktail hour (cash bar) with complimentary hors d’oeuvres. At 7pm, we’ll sit down as the dinner begins to a warm crackling fire (compliments of central heating and a high definition projection) and settle in for a fine evening of hearty dishes paired with perfectly complimentary cocktails.

Tickets can be purchased for $75 at www.fairgamelodge.splashthat.com.

Limited seating, so be sure to move quickly.
