Press release from Mission Health:

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (Sept. 23, 2016) –  Mission Health will host a career fair for information technology professionals Sept. 28 from 3-6 p.m.

The event will be held at the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center, 16 Fernihurst Drive, on the campus of A-B Tech in Asheville.

Mission’s IT leaders will be on hand to conduct interviews on the spot.

Interested candidates are also encouraged to apply on-line before or during the career fair, at mission-health.org/careers.

“We’re eager to meet IT professionals and talk with them about the wide variety of career possibilities we have at Mission Health,” said Jon Brown, Chief Information Officer for Mission Health. “We know that there are immensely qualified people right here in our 18-county region, and this will be an opportunity to connect them with roles that will allow them to put their skills to work on behalf of one of the nation’s top health systems.”

Among other accolades, Mission Health’s IT division has earned Hospitals & Health Network magazine’s Most Wired designation for each of the past five years.

“Mission offers great opportunity for career growth for IT professionals,” said Sheila Meadows, Mission’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “As the largest employer in our region, we look forward to meeting these folks and helping them find their fit at Mission.”
