Mission Health hosts breast cancer awareness event Oct. 30

The Mission Breast Cancer Team will do a brief presentation about breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, and then take questions on Oct. 30 from 5-6:30 p.m. Join them at the Mission Cancer Center, 21 Hospital Drive, Room 122, Asheville. Learn about early detection and the latest treatment options from the Mission team that includes:

  • Helen Sandven, MD, Director of Mission Breast Imaging
  • Michelle LeBlanc, MD, Surgeon and Director of Mission High Risk Breast Clinic
  • Blair Harkness, MD, Surgeon
  • Kellie Condra, MD, Radiation Oncologist
  • Hiromi Terawaki, MD, Medical Oncologist
  • Sarah Pearce, DNP, NP-C, Nurse Practitioner
