NC Arts Council’s Grassroots Arts Funding recipiants

Sixteen Buncombe County organizations will receive 2013-14 North Carolina Arts Council Grassroots Arts Program grants. According to a press release, they are: “Amici Music, Anam Cara Theatre Co., Asheville Area Arts Council, Asheville Choral Society, Asheville City School Foundation, Asheville Community Theatre, Asheville Fringe Arts Festival, Asheville Lyric Opera, Asheville Puppetry Alliance, Black Mountain Center for the Arts, Black Mountain College Museum & Arts Center, Center for Craft, Creativity, and Design, LEAF In Schools & Streets, Montford Park Players, and the Urban Arts Institute.”

The funding totals over $45,000.
