NC News Service: Operation Jumpstart helps voters understand new law

North Carolina’s primary elections are just two months away, and this year you will see something besides the clutter of campaign signs outside of your polling place. There will be an army of volunteers on election day and leading up to it, making sure voters understand the changes brought on by the new Voting Law, as well as where they need to cast their ballots.
