PRIOR TO THE NEXT VIRTUAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON FEBRUARY 8, the City Council will hold virtual American Rescue Plan Act worksessions to hear applicant presentations on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – Noon; and on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. No public comment will be accepted at the worksessions. Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute § 166A-19.24(f) these will be remote worksessions which the public can access by any of the following means found at https://publicinput.com/J1325
The next formal meeting of the Asheville City Council will be held on Tuesday, February 8, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
This meeting will remain remote.
Instructions for all public comment will be made available on the City Council Agenda for February 8 sent out on Friday, February 4. City Council will continue to accept remote comments via email or voicemail so long as they are received by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8, and the meeting will be streamed on the City’s YouTube Channel which can be accessed through the YouTube icon on the front page of the City’s website. As always, the public can communicate with the Council by emailing them directly at any time.
