Noise Ordinance Appeals Board holds July 20 hearing

Notice from the City of Asheville:

At the July 9 meeting, the Board granted Mr. Zach Hebb’s request to postpone his scheduled appeal hearing. An in-person meeting of the Noise Ordinance Appeals Board to hear these two separate appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, at 1:00 pm in A-109 (large public meeting room) on the first floor of the City of Asheville’s Public Works building, located at 161 S Charlotte St. Please park in a visitor-designated space in the adjacent front parking lot. More information, including hearing documents, will be posted on the Committee webpage.
