Hendersonville Survivorship Workshop

This new workshop will provide survivorship education and psychosocial support to cancer survivors who have completed treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation) within the past year. Open to cancer survivors regardless of where you received treatment. You must call 828.681.2917 or email Lauren Woodard, LCSW, OSW-C, at lauren.woodard@ahss.org to register.
Baby Place Events
Celebrate Pregnancy Childbirth Series
Wednesdays, July 9 – August 6

This is not your typical childbirth course! This class is offered in an interactive format to help you learn and retain all the right and most important information. Starting your class two to three months before your due date is recommended in order to complete the five-week series in time. Topics covered in the course include the following: dealing with pregnancy discomforts, labor process & labor support techniques, labor comfort, breastfeeding, newborn & baby care and a tour of The Baby Place. This series is $65.00 per couple. Add a massage voucher ($65 value) to use at The Baby Place Spa for just $30! Please bring three comfortable pillows and a blanket or mat each day to class.
