CREATION Health Series
Mondays beginning April 15

At the Boys & Girls Club of Hendersonville
The CREATION Health Series is a powerful and insightful 6-week class that addresses your health with a philosophy of living life to the fullest potential possible. CREATION is an acronym for; Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook and Nutrition. This spiritually based program will encourage healthy change by looking deeper into the meaning of these eight principles for living life to the fullest. CREATION Health is an interactive class that utilizes videos, group discussions and a beautiful CREATION Health Personal Study Guide. This class is led by the Park Ridge Health Wellness Team.Free Support Groups

Sleep Solutions

This in-depth workshop by sleep expert Meggan Hartman will help parents understand how to establish good sleep habits and a healthy schedule for their babies and themselves. Topics covered in the course include the following:
· Baby sleep needs from 0-12 months
· Helping little ones establish good sleep habits/patterns
· Developmental milestones that impact infant sleep development and how to approach them
· SIDS guidelines and research
· No- and low-cry sleep methods
· Sleep arrangements such as: co-sleeping, room sharing and crib sleeping
· Night feeds and sleep changes
· NapsWellness on Wheels Screenings
