Park Ridge offers free smoking cessation class starting in July

Hendersonville, N.C. (May 29, 2012) – Quit your habit for good with the help of a free American Lung Association smoking cessation course offered by wellness-certified instructors at Park Ridge Health. The seven-week class will meet on Tuesdays from July 10 to August 21 and on Thursday, August 2, at 5:30 p.m. in the Wellness Department at Park Ridge Health. Each session will last approximately one hour and a half. Space is limited, so potential participants are urged to call 855.PRH.LIFE (855.775.5433) to pre-register by July 8.
