DIAMOND BRAND EXPANDS MANUFACTURING LEADERSHIP TEAM

New Vice President of Operations Position Reflects Growth

ARDEN, N.C. – Diamond Brand is proud to announce the addition of P. Steve Floyd (Steve Floyd) to the Diamond Brand team. Floyd joins Diamond Brand’s Manufacturing Division as Vice President of Operations. The hire comes on the heels of a big summer for Diamond Brand in which they signed a multi-million dollar deal to produce and supply the Soldier Crew Tent for the United States Army and extended their already storied relationship with the Boy Scouts of America.

Floyd comes to Diamond Brand most recently from Prince Manufacturing, where he served as Southeast Regional General Manager for nine years. Floyd is tasked with developing, improving and managing all aspects of manufacturing and operations at Diamond Brand’s 85,000 square foot facility in Fletcher, N.C. He will have total oversight of all plant functions and will report directly to Diamond Brand’s Chief Operating Officer, John Delaloye.

“Steve is the perfect addition to our growing family,” said Will Gay, Diamond Brand’s President & Chief Executive Officer. “He offers an impressive track-record of manufacturing experience success that we believe will be instrumental in both driving sales and streamlining production for Diamond Brand. Steve’s manufacturing know-how will no doubt enhance our ability to service current clients and attract new ones.”
