QUIET LIFE RETURN TO THE ROAD IN SUPPORT OF WILD PACK WITH PORTUGAL. THE MAN

Portland based folk-rock band Quiet Life have announced new North American tour dates with Toy Soldiers and Portugal. The Man starting early next month in Philadelphia with additional 2014 summer dates to be announced in the coming months. The band is on the road supporting its LP Wild Pack, which was released on Mama Bird Recordings in October of 2013.  The band has been drawing crowds from coast to coast, and most recently at SXSW, since the album’s release and debuting new songs along the way. Get a sneak peak of “Shaky Hand” a new and unreleased track performed by frontman Sean Spellman at Dirt Floor studios in Connecticut here.

Esquire had this to say about the band: “Quiet Life are a band that maybe you haven’t heard of yet, but you’re sure going to… Brothers Sean and Ryan Spellman and company are bringing their countrified, bluesy, rocking folk to you, and you’d best let ’em in.”

Under the Radar premiered Wild Pack, while Rolling Stone debuted the band’s dramatic “Record Time” video. (Watch for the shock ending!) Back in September, in advance of the album’s release, AV Club debuted their “San Luis Obispo” video, a sunny homage to summer.

May 11 – Asheville, NC – Orange Peel. 8 p.m., $23 advance / $25 day of show
