Registration opens for 2021 Asheville-Buncombe Senior Games and Silver Arts Competition

Asheville Parks & Recreation is proud to present the 2021 Asheville-Buncombe Senior Games and Silver Arts Competition in partnership with Buncombe County, the YMCA and Black Mountain Parks & Recreation.

The games will be held April 19 through May 19 and feature a hybrid format of both in-person and virtual events.  All in-person competitions will be held outdoors with enhanced health and safety protocols.  All participants qualify for the North Carolina State Games.

The juried Silver Arts competition includes media from visual and performing arts categories and will be held in an entirely virtual format.
