Notice from Reject Raytheon AVL:

We gather in public every two weeks to raise awareness about the misguided decision of the Buncombe County Commission to provide $27 million in incentives for Pratt & Whitney to build a jet engine plant here. P&W is a division of Raytheon Technologies, the second largest war profiteer in the world.
This week we meet at the Chamber of Commerce because it was a key partner, through its Economic Development Coalition (EDC), in making this deal. Its promotion of Raytheon is an example of capitalism at its worst, endangering our environment, the lives of countless people around the world, and our climate future on this earth, all for the sake of business interests.
