Seasons at Highland Lake kicks off holiday season with annual Brunch Buffet on Dec. 13

Flat Rock, NC – November 24, 2015. Season’s at Highland Lake will begin the holiday season in festive style with their annual Holiday Brunch Buffet on Sunday, December 13, 2015.

Soup selections will feature sweet potato bisque with North Carolina apple relish and a hearty smoked ham and split pea soup. Season’s salad bar, elaborate fruit display and house-smoked salmon will also be highlighted.

Breakfast selections will include Season’s “Create-Your-Own” Omelet Station featuring an assortment of cheeses, vegetables and meats. Other offerings include applewood smoked bacon, buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy and Nutella-stuffed french toast with powdered sugar and fresh berries.

Entrées include our traditional salt and herb-crusted NY strip loin, hand-carved and accompanied by horseradish cream and Au Jus. Artichoke and feta-stuffed chicken breasts with lemon-thyme beurre blanc and cardamom-dusted pork tenderloin with braised red cabbage, pearl onions, bacon and apples will also be featured.

A tempting array of side dishes and holiday desserts will complete this holiday brunch buffet.
