Asheville, NC, May 12, 2015  — The Junction Restaurant & Bar in Asheville’s River Arts District is celebrating four successful years of business with a 5-Course Dr. Seuss Themed Beer Dinner featuring Green Man Brewery.

The dinner will feature a few of Green Man’s year round offerings as well as a selection of specialty & seasonal beers including their outstanding Cheerwine Berliner Weiss & St. Hubbins Belgian Dark Strong ales.

As always, Chef David Van Tassel will create a fun and fabulous menu specifically paired to the beers, which are hand-selected for the occasion. The 5-Course dinner will feature 6 unique beers.
