Tryon Arts & Crafts Fall Festival Oct. 12 and 13

The annual Tryon Arts & Crafts Fall Festival returns for its sixth year. It will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 13, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on the grounds of Tryon Arts and Crafts (373 Harmon Field Rd., Tryon). Free and open to the public.

The festival includes over 40 regional artisans and craftspeople, one-of-a kind arts and crafts, food from local eateries, fun activities for the kids, demonstrations in pottery making, lapidary, woodturning, weaving and metalworking in the forge.

A Silent Auction will open, in the main building, the week before the festival. Bidding closes at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct.13, with results announced shortly thereafter.
