UNC Asheville Board of Trustees to Hold Special Meeting on Feb. 3

The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina at Asheville will hold a special meeting at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 in Phillips Hall, conference room 117, on the UNC Asheville campus.

This meeting is subject to North Carolina’s Open Meetings Act. Certain agenda items may be considered in closed session, consistent with provisions of the Act.

The UNC Asheville Board of Trustees is composed of 13 members; eight are appointed by the UNC Board of Governors and four are appointed by the governor. The UNC Asheville Student Government Association president, who is elected by the student body, also is a voting member of the board.
