UNCA to offer LSAT prep courses starting Oct. 23

Press release

From UNCA News Services:

Registration is now open for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) prep classes offered beginning in October by the Asheville Graduate Center. Classes will meet on the UNC Asheville campus.

The LSAT prep course will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6-8:30 p.m. for six consecutive weeks, beginning October 23. Students will learn test-taking strategies and work with test-simulation exercises on analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, reading comprehension and writing samples.

The LSAT is required for admission to all Law School Admission Council member law schools. The last national 2013 test date for the LSAT is December 7.

Cost for the course is $450, which includes textbooks, practice tests and a CD. Registration by October 16 will avoid the $15 late registration fee. For more information or to register, visit agc.unca.edu/lsat or call 828.250.2353.
