Upcoming City Council public hearings for Nov. 15

The following are public hearings scheduled for the next formal meeting – November 15.   This listing is for information only and is subject to change.  Please call City Clerk Maggie Burleson at 259-5601 if you have any questions.

A. 110 River Hills Road
1. Resolution approving a land use incentive grant to Orange Capital Investors LLC for a development project at 110 River Hills Road.

2. Public hearing to consider the conditional zoning of 110
River Hills Road from Commercial Industrial District to Residential Expansion/Conditional Zone for the construction of a 153-unit multi-family building.

B. Public hearing to consider  adoption of the South Slope:  A Southside Neighborhood Vision Plan, the City’s visionary framework to help guide continued long-term development of the area.

C. Public hearing to consider an ordinance to approve an annexation agreement between the City of Asheville and Town of Woodfin designating a non-contiguous area (810 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway) desiring to annex into Woodfin as not subject to annexation by the City of Asheville.
