Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.12(b), this email serves as official Notice that Vaya Health Board of Directors will conduct a Special Called Meeting of the Executive Committee and a Special Called Joint Meeting of the Futures Committee and Executive Committee on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Vaya Health’s Administrative Office located at 200 Ridgefield Court, Suite 218, Asheville, NC 28806.
The September 7, 2022 Schedule of Meetings is as follows:
Executive Committee (1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
Joint Futures Committee and Executive Committee (2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.)Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Vaya currently offers PUBLIC ACCESS to Board meetings via electronic communication only (real-time two-way audio and/or visual communication, i.e. telephone and WebEx). The meeting agenda, including connection information, will be posted on the Vaya Health public website at https://www.vayahealth.com/about/governance/board-of-directors/.
