Volunteers needed for Ingles Independence Day celebration

Press Release from the Asheville Downtown Association:

Asheville Downtown Association puts on free community events like Downtown After 5 and the Ingles Independence Day Celebration, a volunteer-powered, free community event, featuring live music, beer, food, air dog competitions, bouncy houses, fireworks and more. ADA seeks additional help on July 4, and volunteers can earn great perks like drink tokens and an invitation to our socials and appreciation events. Open roles for July 4 include beer service, water and soda sales, ID checking and wristband adhering, and more. Meet active locals and pitch in toward a thriving downtown community by donating a few hours of your time!

Interested parties can sign up for a shift at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0449aaa92fa0f85-ingles1 or contact ADA volunteer coordinator Kat McReynolds at volunteer@ashevilledowntown.org. To learn more about ADA’s work, visit www.ashevilledowntown.org.
