Witness says more lives would have been lost if Davis hadn’t stepped in

WLOS reports that a witness to the April 4 West Asheville stabbing deaths says that more lives may have been lost if Stevie Davis hadn’t attacked the initial assailant, Steven Wike:

A witness to Wednesday night’s deadly triple stabbing at a West Asheville bar spoke out to News 13. [Randy Light] says he is defending the actions of Stevie Davis who is charged with first degree murder and Richard Anderson who is charged with aiding and abetting first degree murder. … [Davis has] “got more balls then a lot of people at that bar because this man is standing there hold a butcher knife swinging it, cutting everybody, killing everybody you know. [Davis is] fighting him back. So how many more lives would have been taken that night if he hadn’t done what he done,” said Light.
