NC 2-1-1 Community Resource Specialist
Connecting people to the health and human resources they need, with a spirit of excellence and compassion is at the heart of what we do here at United Way. We are searching for a part-time, remote Community Resource Specialist. Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced work, have good listening skills and customer service experience, call center or other phone communication experience, knowledge of health and human services, and computer proficiency. Those with CIRS certification and bilingual fluency are strongly encouraged to apply.
