Web Bites with Gina Smith: Aphrodisiac tea with Marc Williams

Asheville ethnobiologist, herbalist and educator Marc Williams recently joined Xpress in the test kitchen at Selina Naturally in Arden to discuss herbal teas and ways certain herbs can help us nurture love in our lives. Williams, the executive director of Plants and Healers International and primary instructor at Botany Every Day, devotes himself to the study of the interconnection among people, plants, mushrooms and microbes while learning to implement the different kingdoms of biology for food, medicine and beauty. — Gina Smith
