In this week’s local food news: Chai Pani celebrates the Hindu festival of colors and spring with a nighttime street festival. Also, the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project kicks off the spring growing season with its annual CSA Fair, Barn Door Ciderworks teams up with WNC Cheese Trail members for a cheese and cider pairing, Sweeten Creek Brewing hosts its annual Irish Chili Cook-off event and much more.
