WHAT: Author Simran Sethi hosts a Saving and Savoring Chocolate event along with French Broad Chocolate Lounge owners Jael and Dan Rattigan plus Clay Gordon, an internationally recognized independent authority on chocolate and founder of The tasting pairs chocolate and chocolate confections with local craft beers and cider.
