Honey, Almond and Chevre Fizz at Top of the Monk: This is easily the strangest and most delicious cocktail I’ve had in a while. Absolut vodka, amaretto, Tuaca and Frangelico provide the kick, while local raw honey, orgeat syrup, egg white, almond extract, fresh lemon, yogurt and goat cheese provide the flavor bomb. Topped with soda, shaved almond and black sea salt, it is a wild ride and well worth the $13 price tag. — Jonathan Ammons
