AC-T: South Slope fire in Asheville seems suspicious

ASHEVILLE – City firefighters say a blaze that heavily damaged an abandoned commercial building near the downtown Tuesday night appears suspicious.

The fire on Banks Avenue gutted a two-story brick building, which had no electricity, Asheville firefighter Kelley Klope said.
